“We had a wonderful stay at Serena and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were really beautiful and super clean, everything felt comfortable and very well maintained. We truly recommend trying the restaurant for dinner, as the food is excellent. We especially loved the tasting menu for only 25€, which included an aperitif, a first course, a main course, and dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also excellent and had everything you need, we really loved it. All the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Myriam, who was very kind to us throughout the entire stay. She gave us great suggestions on what to enjoy in the area and where to ski, which made our trip even better. Thank you very much, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!”

The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home—including a surprise room upgrade that made our stay even more relaxing. The room was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with stunning mountain views from the balcony. This was the perfect stop on our journey through the Dolomites—peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to recharge.
